Trade Accounts and Ordering

Opening an account, placing orders and how the commercial relationship works.

Registered businesses buying for resale, refurbishment, repair or distribution. We verify company details, trading history and nominated contacts before approving an account.

Most applications are reviewed within two working days once all requested documentation has been supplied. Complex or overseas applications can take a little longer.

Typically company registration details, proof of trading address, VAT or tax registration where applicable, identification for directors, and trade references. The online application lists exactly what is required.

Yes. Every approved account is assigned a named trader who learns your model mix, grade tolerance and delivery pattern, and who offers suitable stock to you before it reaches the open market.

Trade account holders can arrange an inspection visit by appointment. Many of our larger customers inspect before committing to a significant lot, and we would rather they did.

What You Are Buying

Stock, Grading and Quality

How stock is sourced, tested, graded and described.

Authorised distributors, network operators, manufacturers, corporate fleet retirements and trade partners across the UK, Europe and Asia. Sourcing channels are disclosed where they affect warranty or specification.

Grade A is as new with no visible marks. Grade A- shows very light wear visible only on close inspection. Grade B shows light to moderate cosmetic wear consistent with normal use. Function is unaffected across all three.

All refurbished and tested-working stock completes our functional test cycle. Untested and as-is lots are clearly identified as such on the manifest and priced to reflect that.

Yes. Handset consignments are supplied with a manifest covering model, grade, noted faults and IMEI range or full IMEI listing depending on the order.

We tell you before you commit rather than after it ships. If a lot will not meet the standard you need, we say so and either regrade it or decline the order.

Getting the Goods to You

Delivery, Export and Payment

Despatch times, freight options, export paperwork and payment terms.

Stock orders confirmed before 2pm generally despatch the same working day. Orders requiring grading, refurbishment or unlocking are scheduled against a confirmed date.

Courier for smaller consignments, pallet freight for volume, and full container loading for export. We arrange all three in-house rather than handing you to a broker.

Yes. Commercial invoices, packing lists and the relevant export paperwork are prepared before your consignment leaves London, which is where most delays otherwise begin.

Terms are agreed account by account during approval and reviewed as the relationship develops. New accounts typically begin on pre-payment before credit terms are considered.

Yes. Collections can be booked in advance through your account trader. Consignments are staged, wrapped and ready at the agreed slot.
